How do I apply for a job at Robert Heath?

If you are interested in working for Robert Heath Heating, whether that be in one of our offices or as an engineer, please navigate to our work for us page and fill in the relevant forms to the position you wish to apply for.  Thank You. 

What time is my Appointment?

Dependant on the time indicted with your appointment, please find our guide below.

  •  First call 8am – 10am
  •  Morning 8am – 1pm
  •  Afternoon 12pm – 5pm
  •  Last Call 3pm – 5pm

My boiler is not firing, what do I do?

There are three things you can do as a check to either fix the problem or help diagnose the problem; check that your power is on, check timer is in the on position and check that other gas appliances are working. If any of these check are not successful in solving the problem, please do not hesitate to call us. 

My radiators are not getting hot, what do I do?

Before calling us, there are a couple of checks you must do. First check that your room thermostat is turned up enough and the radiator valves/thermostatic radiator valves are on (The valve is found at the side/corner of the radiator). If these do not remedy the problem, please do not hesitate to call us. 

I have no hot water, what do I do?

Before you call us, check to see whether the boiler is operating when a demand is placed on it.
