Project
Teams
Each
Project has its own Project Team, consisting of a site-based
Project Manager backed up by our Technical and Administration
Departments.
The Project Manager acts as mentor to his allocated engineers
and ensures that they work as a team. Each engineer can rely
on the Project Manager for information on any issue, whether
technical, or about Gas Safety Regulations, or simply procedural.
The Project Manager carries out Quality Assessments of each
engineer and reports back to the Technical Manager for review.

Post Quality Control inspections are carried out by Quality
Control Inspectors (who are independent from the Project Team);
the level of Quality Control inspections to be carried out at
any one time is decided by the Techinical Department, rather
than being fixed.
Telephone surveys of the engineers's work are carried out by
the Technical department; data and information gathered is used
to identify training requirements. |
