Responsive Cells
Each
Project has its own Responsive Cell or Cells with dedicated
telephone lines and e-mail address for all Stakeholders of the
Project.
The function of a Responsive Cell is to establish lines of communication
between customers, stakeholders, and the site-based Project
Team, whether dealing with Gas Safety Inspections or Rapid Responsive
Repairs.
It aims to achieve total customer satisfaction; to ensure continuity
of work; and to build successful relationships.
The Responsive Cell strives to be a "One Stop Shop". |
