We
send an appointments list for the day to the engineer's Field Unit;
he chooses his next appointment and this choice activates our computer
to send him all the information we hold about the property and the
appliances it contains. |
| |
|
 |
The
engineer carries out the annual service. He also records the results
of all statutory required tests and inspections, filling in the blanks
on the Field Unit to record the condition of all appliances; to add
new appliances, and to remove old. |
| |
|
 |
The
engineer and tenant both sign on the Field Unit to confirm the inspection.
From this point the data is transmitted by GPRS/GSM and cannot be
changed. |

|
 |
Our
reception and distribution interface forwards the report
to our database, and the Landlord's Gas Safety Record
is printed out automatically and immediately. The tenant's
copy is posted, frequently the same day, normally within
48 hours. A pdf file is also created automatically as
a non-editable image record for audit. (Click
here to view or download an example.) This image file
is also sent to the client for their records; additionally,
if required, the data can be sent simultaneously to either
the client's desk via the internet, or to a database held
on the internet and to which the client has access, so
that it can be used in the client's asset management. |
| |
|
 |
We
keep complete records of every property and every appliance, and can
provide any required report, together with audit trails for every
visit, including No-Access visits. |
