- Hainault Forest High School – plantroom refurbishment. We replaced not only the boiler, but all new pumps, expansion vessels and tanks were put in, as well as welded pipework situated throughout the property.
- Jon Anderson Court – Sheltered Accomodation – All services hot and cold and the plantroom/boiler we refurbished / replaced.
