When looking for a contractor to carry out planned preventative maintenance, it is a necessity to have a flexbile and comprehensive agent to be able to carry out what
you require, when you require it.
This is a condition that our Commercial/Industrial department has fulfilled and continues to fulfil for a number of contracts. We have tailor made contracts for a number of our clients to ensure all their maintenance is carried out to their conveinience.
The majority of our contracts obligate us to perform maintenance services on a quarterly basis or a twice yearly basis. Two of our major clients are Affinity Sutton and Southern Housing, were we carry out maintenance checks for 80 plant rooms and 20 plantrooms respectively, showcasing our ability to to deal with varying sizes of contracts.
However, we can tailor a contract to meet your specfic needs, like we have done with our partners at Havebury Housing Partnership. We perform standard maintenance checks on a monthly basis for them and we have taken on water treatment and water condition monitoring.
All services we carry out also come with a Landlord Certification, which we include into part of our process of performing your checks.
