Your first step is to call Robert Heath to request a boiler installation.
Our team of highly trained call operators will then arrange an appointment for a time
that suits you.Remember, Robert Heath Heating install thousands of boilers every year.
- 2 Survey carried out
Survey carried out
Our boiler installation department will arrange a suitable appointment time to complete
an onsite survey.Remember, a survey is needed to ascertain what specification is needed for your boiler, this is FREE OF CHARGE.
- 3 Date arranged & deposit paid
Date arranged & deposit paid
After the survey has been completed, the plan of work will be explained to you.
Within 48 hours after your survey we will send you a quote. You can choose to have the
quote by post or email.If you are happy to continue, a 50% deposit will be taken before commencing the work.
- 4 Start Installation
Start Installation
The installation is promptly on the started at 9am on the allocated date.
If you employ us to carry out any work on your home, you are not only covered by our insurance policies in case there is a problem, you also have extra cover from the HVCA at no additional cost to you.
- 5 QC Inspection & balance paid
QC Inspection & balance paid
After the boiler has been installed, a quality control Supervisor visits the property for a thorough inspection. The warranty is explained to you at this point..
Finally the outstanding balance is paid.
