With our planned maintenance of your boiler, we do not carry it out just so we can try and prevent your boiler from breaking down in the cold months.

This contract is available to you for just £211.50 a year, and will offer you all the cover you will need for your boiler.

- When can we call you out?
By entering our contract agreement in cover for your boiler, this gives you immediate access to our manned 24 hours, 365 - day customer service team.
So in the unfortunate scenario that your boiler is to breakdown on Christmas Eve, you can be assured that Robert Heath Heating will endeavour to fix your problem as soon as possible.
- Are Parts Included?
You maybe thinking at a price of £211.50, parts that you may require are not going to be included on this agreement, and whenever we hear that we are always delighted to inform you that this is not the case.
Although we do not provide parts you may require that would be part of the system (I.E. A Radiator) parts you may require that are attached to your boiler are included within the £211.50.
- Is there a call out limit?
Any customer who wants to join our gas boiler service and maintenance club is a valued customer to us, and it would seem silly that we would restrict how much help we offer to you.
This is why its totally unlimited for the amount of call outs you make of us, as we see this as part of the Robert Heath Heating commitment to ensuring your home is properly heated.
