Contract
services
We operate a range of contract services with a full consultation
service to ensure that the clients needs are properly fulfilled,
from large commercial projects to domestic work.
Planned maintenance
Our gas engineers possess the appropriate skills and accreditations
that enable us to service and repair both large-scale district
heating systems as well as domestic central heating installations.
A substantial part of our gas maintenance activity is devoted
to handling CP12 programmes, including electronic delivery of
certification (see below). |

Rapid response
We aim to keep up with all the latest developments in the services
industry. This includes the use of pocket PC 'field units' and global
positioning systems in all our vans to ensure that we get to you as
quickly as possible when you need us.
On-line real-time data
We operate a secure on-line database that gives us 24 hour up-to-the-minute
information on every job and every engineer. The database allows us
to control our engineers very effectively, so that none of them wastes
time, and so that our customers have the best possible service. Where
our customer is a landlord, information about their properties can
be made available in real time so that they know when a Robert Heath
engineer is due to carry out any work and will know instantly when
the work is finished.
Electronic CP12s
We are very proud of our ability to provide electronic CP12 certification,
complete with electronic signatures of both engineer and tenant. This
allows the information to be immediately transmitted to our headquarters
so that we have complete and up-to-the-minute information about every
property that we are responsible for. This data can also be simultaneously
transmitted to our clients who, if they have the right interface,
can input the information directly into their own database. A brief
