Since winning our first long term contract in providing Gas service, maintenance and installation services for the social housing sector in the early 1990s, we have consistently developed and delivered the highest standards and consequently have grown our customer base. Our services are well received by customers across the entire breadth of the UK.
We have now entered into long term contracts with over 30 different clients. The number of properties that we provide services for now exceeds 100,000 with contracts that geographically range from Penzance to Newcastle. All the work is carried out by engineers employed locally to the region we operate, which is directed by our Head Office and supported by our regional offices.
With nearly 20 years experience, we have managed to turn that experience into competence:
- LGSR compliance rates across the company exceeding 99%
- First time fix in excess of 95%
- High level service level agreements with suppliers ensure 98% of parts ordered are available for collection or delivery within 24 hours.
- Customer satisfaction stats have pushed past 80%
- Average QC score of 8.25 out of 10 for all installations
With all our work we carry out, we employ engineers whose education, expertise and
know-how is the best that the industry has to offer, as we place the utmost importance that the engineer who is selected to carry out the work required is the best possibly trained person in co-ordination with the latest industry standards, and we aid this with our very own training academy along with a stringent recruitment process.
