- We have a dedicated division of just service engineers, to ensure the best fault finders are put on the job. The result is a tangible increase in productivity.
- We have a commitment to training all staff to a high level of expertise, the reason behind our investment into Robert Heath Training Academy.
- Assisted by the major boiler manufacturers, diagnostic training provided to all engineers.
- Field engineers supported by ‘non-working’ area supervisors who provide support, advice and assistance to engineers in their area.
- We have an in-house Technical Department comprising of 5 senior engineers to
whom field engineers have direct line access for advice and guidance.
- Every LGSR is completed electronically and immediately prints out in our office. Our Technical Department is responsible for checking the LGSR for consistency and accuracy. Any discrepancy results in the job being ‘returned’ to the engineer’s PDA for correction.
IT systems developed, in house, specifically to manage gas servicing and maintenance contracts. In addition to e-LGSR, service programmes are fully automated, based around expiry of existing LGSR. Appointment letters produced automatically and clients have real-time access to contract data via password protected web portal.
