    Daikin Air Purifier Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the prize draw. By entering, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. 1. The Promoter The promoter is: Robert Heath Heating Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 01773699, whose registered office is at Heath House, 264 Burlington Road, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 4NN, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”). 2. The Prize Draw 2.1. The title of the prize draw is the “Daikin Air Purifier Giveaway”. 2.2. This prize draw is a free-to-enter promotion to thank our community and prospective clients. No purchase is necessary. 3. How to Enter 3.1. The prize draw will run from 10:00 BST on 12th August 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 BST on 26th August 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. 3.2. The Promoter must receive all prize draw entries by no later than the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. 3.3. To enter the prize draw, you must reply to the promotional newsletter email sent by the Promoter. 3.4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted. 4. Eligibility 4.1. The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above. 4.2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. 5. The Prize 5.1. There are 15 prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) Daikin Air Purifier. 5.2. The prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so. 5.3. The prize is not negotiable, transferable or refundable. No cash alternative is offered. 6. Winner Selection and Notification 6.1. 15 winners will be chosen by random draw from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. The draw will be performed by a computer process within 7 working days of the Closing Date. 6.2. The winners will be notified by email (using the email address from which they entered) within 7 days of being selected and must provide a UK postal address to claim their prize. 6.3. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 7. Claiming the Prize 7.1. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 7.2. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 28 days of being notified of their win and providing a valid UK postal address. 7.3. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. 8. Limitation of Liability Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 9. Data Protection and Publicity 9.1. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter to administer the prize draw. 9.2. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winners to anyone who emails marketing@robertheath.co.uk or writes to the address set out in clause 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the prize draw. 9.3. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at marketing@robertheath.co.uk . In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 9.4. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here . 10. General 10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or who is otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions. 10.3.
